Motorized Actuator

Chongqing Chuanyi Automation Co. Ltd., who is principally engaged in the research, development, manufacture and sale of industrial automatic control systems and devices. The Company’s products and services include intelligent actuators, intelligent transmitters, intelligent control valves, intelligent flow meters, temperature instrumentation, control equipment and devices, analytical instruments, as well as system integration and turnkey services. The Company’s products and services are applied in the metallurgy, petroleum, chemical, thermal power, nuclear power, building materials, light industry, food and environmental protection and other industries.

In collaboration with SIC, “Inch Automation Pvt. Ltd.(India manufacturing partner of SIC)a group company of “Inch energy” has opened a manufacturing facility of Electric Actuators at Manesar, Gurgaon (Haryana). Inch Automation Pvt. Ltd. is responsible for the manufacturing, sales and marketing and after sales servicing of the following actuators.

M Series:
â–ºUses contactless hall sensor to measure displacement.
â–ºThe digital signal is directly transferred to microprocessor.
â–º Microprocessor diagnoses and adjusts them to ensure its operation safely and securely.
 
OPERATING PRINCIPLE:
The actuator mainly consist of motor, position sensor, worm gear, worm drive shaft, control unit, local operation panel and hand wheel.The control units adopt 4 – 20 mA control signal or binary signal to drive the motor, driving worm which drives the worm gear and the output shaft. The position sensor will check the motor displacement and send the threshold signal to the control panel. If the control panel monitors that the position signal corresponds with the position specified by control signal, the power supply for the motor will cut off and the actuator will be stopped by worm gear and worm through the self locking feature.

RHA/RS SERIES:
RHA electric actuators use complete gearing transmission, it receive standard direct current signal, servo linear system output corresponding angle displacement.
RS electrical actuators convert rotary motion into linear motion by ball bearing screws.
 
OPERATING PRINCIPLE:
Servo amplifier is a position controller. Displacement of actuator is proportional to adjustment signal. Adjustment signal is compared to position feedback signal of actuator. The difference value is converted into pulse that can control supply voltage of servo motor.If position deviation is more then 0 .7%, servo motor can reach rated torque. If deviation is between 0.2% -0.7%, torque is proportional to deviation. In case deviation is very little, positioning speed of actuator will be very slow.

ZHB/ZSB SERIES:
 ZHB series actuators are intelligent instrument to single chip micro-controller as the core.It  can accept current signal control of 4-20mA d.c., also accept discrete (pulse) signal control.  Limit position midway without contact to insure system security. Small volume, light weight, it  reduces one – third than traditional and similar products.
 
OPERATING PRINCIPLE:
The driving motor is the power source of the actuator. Reducer translate running of high rotate speed, small torque into low speed, high torque for driving the motor. Displacement inspect unit gives the position of actuator's output shaft proportional to electro-signal by differential transformer, which acts as input to controller and participate in adjustment control of actuator. Controller receives adjustment signal 4 – 20 mA d.c. and comparing with the signal of valve position, it gives output signal for servo motor's running.
